4 Key Strategies for Understanding Important Behaviors:
Notice the Obvious:
-
I will carefully monitor the online class, observing its strengths and improvement areas, assessing student participation levels, and identifying areas where they may face challenges. These insights will guide enhancements to the online course.
Look for Crucial Moments:
-
I will pay attention to moments that can impact how students act. It could be specific lessons or activities that students connect with, making them more motivated to join in. Understanding and using these moments will make learning more effective.
Learn from Positive Deviants:
-
I will study students who do well in the online class. I can improve the course by figuring out what works for them. This way, the course can suit different ways of learning.
Spot Culture Busters:
-
I will find things in the online learning space that disrupt the positive learning vibe, which could be anything that stops students from getting involved or understanding. Fixing these issues is essential for keeping a happy and effective learning atmosphere.
I plan to use these strategies to learn essential behaviors that make the online Spanish course successful. This knowledge will help me make changes to ensure students are more engaged, understand Spanish better, and are overall satisfied with their learning experience.
