5. Accelerated ADL Option Reflection:
As part of the Accelerated ADL option, integrating reflections from both "Concepts of Educational Tech" (5302) and "Leading Organization Change" (5304) courses emphasized the interconnectedness of ideas, showcasing the impact of these collaborations. Acknowledging that my original ideas may evolve as I progress through the courses, driven by a continuous quest for knowledge, is crucial.
1. Leadership in Base Group and Course:

In course 5302, we embraced a Growth Mindset, shaped a Learning Manifesto, and expanded our connections in various Learning Networks. This journey was challenging, demanding my focus and dedication. Each task held a distinct purpose, urging us to embark on a personal quest of self-discovery.
In course 5304, my focus was on influencing change within organizations. Each step aligned with the taught concepts and organizational culture. I crafted an Influence Strategy, delved into the complexities of the 4DX installation plan, and enthusiastically explored the meaning behind our 'Why?' Although challenging, uncovering my What's My Why? was the most impactful task, testing my motivations for learning and choosing this career. Both courses complement and were based on my innovative plan, so I merged them for this self-assessment.
3. Overcoming Personal and Cultural Barriers:
Embarking on exploring living outside my comfort zone and engaging in networking, particularly as a second language speaker, proved challenging. The unexpected realization of not forming connections with other Spanish speakers was a poignant reminder of my resilience in overcoming linguistic barriers.
In the words of Clement Stone, "You are a product of your environment, so choose the environment that will best develop you toward your objective." This quote encourages a reflective analysis of life, urging consideration of whether the elements in one's surroundings propel them toward success or act as obstacles, a sentiment profoundly relevant in the current context.
I conclude my self-assessment with a firm commitment to continuous learning, recognizing that there is always room for improvement and evolution. I am excited to find out where this journey takes me. I am thankful for the opportunity to be a part of this program.
