When creating effective learning environments, aligning goals, activities, and assessments is crucial. The BHAG, or Big Hairy Audacious Goal, is the foundation for this alignment, guiding the development of a comprehensive learning plan. Based on Fink's (2003) model, this plan ensures that all elements of the learning process are connected and meaningful. The BHAG represents the overarching course objective, driving the learning strategy and activities in an authentic context. It serves as a roadmap for teachers and students, facilitating blended learning and ensuring that all aspects of the curriculum support the desired outcomes.

The idea is to align personal objectives, philosophy, innovation plan, and work. Every aspect of the learning process faithfully reflects my values, beliefs, goals, and the specific objectives of my innovation plan. This alignment ensures the work's coherence, effectiveness, and relevance and that it is meaningful for me and my students.

I invite you to consult the three-column table and additional information that supports the plan.
